Vermont Condo Remodel Project
Kurtz, Inc. was asked by Castle Hill Construction, a premier construction management firm in West Dover, VT, to provide all of the carpentry, masonry, and concrete labor on a $3.2 million renovation project. The project was to begin in April and needed to be completed by December, a nine-month duration.
The project consisted of three slope side condos at Stratton Mountain in Vermont. These three units were stripped down to the bare framing. The roofs were removed and a 4th floor added. More than 12,000 square feet was completed and finished with "top of the line" finishes and technology. Kurtz, Inc. provided more than 40 tradesmen and women during this project.
